Online Verification

For Fall 2023

Verification will be open August 16 through August 21.

Verification on CatPAWS

Use your 'CatPAWS account to verify your enrollment and personal information.

Please verify online at your convenience between Wednesday, August 16, and Monday, August 21, as follows:

• Access CatPAWS located in the Bearcat Login Menu on the Northwest home page (www.wp101ways.com) 
• Click Login/Enter Secure Area and enter your Northwest Network Account username and password
• Click the Student tab
• Click on Verification in the submenu
• Review notification of any holds that prevent verification
• Confirm or Update Local Address and Review Permanent Address
• Provide additional billing email addresses
• Provide Emergency Contact Information
• Complete Bearcat Alert Enrollment
• Select the Service Site you will use as your primary contact location for Northwest

Online LATE verification will be available on Tuesday, August 22 and Wednesday, August 23.  

Your class schedule will be cancelled on Thursday, August 24, if you do not complete verification.

If you have preregistered and will not be attending the Fall 2023 semester, please send an email to registrar@wp101ways.com by Friday, August 18 to avoid financial obligation.

Textbook Pickup

Online Verification MUST be completed prior to picking up undergraduate textbooks. Textbook Pickup is located in The Station on the following dates and times.

Textbooks picked up after 5 p.m. Wednesday, August 23, are subject to a late textbook pickup fee.

NOTE: University offices are normally closed on weekends, but some have limited hours on Aug 19-20.  

Northwest-Kansas City

Northwest-Kansas City students will pick up textbooks and laptop computers on site. Online Verification should be completed prior to arriving.
